    A generalized sleep aid

    Centrophenoxine has had the effect of making me need to sleep a lot less overall, without feeling like I'm strung out. I just naturally wake up earlier, and feel better. DMAE by itself has. Avery similar effect, but is much harder on my body. DMAE can feel like I'm pushing my bodies limit and getting exceptional performance. This product is much more mellow, while still giving me an entire extra hour every day. So I'd recommend this one over DMAE. Also in comparison to most nootropics, this has a more powerful, discernable effect.
