I think I’m on my 3rd bottle and so far I’ve managed to avoid the colds that are always going around my house for whatever that’s worth. I ordered this product because it combines micro zinc and beta glucans which I would otherwise supplement with separately so this is convenient and apparently effective for me. YMMV.

I got some immune defense to keep my body healthy through the winter. The mushroom extracts it contains are very appealing to me and ND/NH seems to have found a nice blend to keep pathogens at bay.

During the times we are experiencing now, I decided to get this and also take their MicroZinc along side each other. I’m also taking a few other immune support products they offer. Along living a healthy life style, I feel like I’m doing all that I can to help prevent immune deficiencies. Supplements like this allows me to feel like I’m in good hands and I’m doing all that I can and beyond for my body and mental health. Alongside the immune support properties, it has also helped my mood. I’m thinking it’s probably due to the Nigella Sativa but it could be the whole concoction air supplements. Either way, I wasn’t expecting to have it increase my mood so well. I take it in the morning. I’ve recommended this product to many of my family members whom I care for to help keep them in good hands as far as immune support goes.
I usually take weeks to months to write a review because it's hard to isolate the effects to a point you are comfortable sharing. However, this product is too powerful and it was easy for me to estimate the magnitude of its effects since I was, coincidentally, sick, when it arrived. I'm a very healthy person (M, 27 y-o) and bought this product for my father. I took some doses because I was sick, with low fever for almost one week and some chest pain and a random inflammation on the intestine. The high inflammation levels became clear once my face started to accumulate some red spots, and a very small inflammation I had on the heart started to be more noticeable. This heart inflammation was a sequel of a weird sickness I got and probably all the symptoms were the consequence of my immune support deregulated through the weeks, after this. And this product basically solved everything in two days, with the first dose accounting for 70% of the effect. Honestly, I need more than 3 days of sleep deprivation to start to feel bad. I always liked to test my limits and my health stack (nac, milk thistle, etc) was more than enough . Always. But this product is on another level. it's hard to put into words. Real life alchemy idk
Every year at this time, my two grandchildren come down with the flu and it leads to bronchitis. I get sick right along with them.
