This is my favorite l-theanine product. It works great and I feel it quickly.
I didn't feel the effects of this as much as I did with L-theanine in capsule form from other brands. Didn't have a bad experience but won't reorder, will go back to capsule. The coffee flavoring was very pleasant.
The product seem just as effective as capsules. Does seem to take effect faster as well. The only thing to be aware of is the product seems to sperate or crystalize out of suspension after a while. Im not sure if this hurts the effectiveness of the product or not. Just something I noticed.
Both my wife and I love this stuff. We both take it every morning. Works great when taken at the same time as drinking coffee. Calm focus is the result.
I have been using L-theanine for quite some time, but only in the capsules. This is my first time for liquid L-theanine and I have to say it works much quicker than the capsules. I am ready to place another order with Nootropics Depot only this time I'm ordering two bottles. I highly recommend this product.
Not bad. Maxing the potential of L-Theanine. Wish ND would come out with a 200mg per serving version. However, this does help pretty damn well with adding the extra edge to my sleep regime. ND Admin: We actually had a 200mg version on our old brand Ceretropic. However, the solution was super-saturated, and it caused issues with stability. This version is much more stable and usable.
I gave the one a try and so far it works decent. The taste for this is Terrible though
