Shilajit is a tar-like substance composed of organic material and fulvic acids. It's color varies from white to yellow to brown (the most common) to solid black (the most potent). Take the Shilajit along with a couple other herbals to boost energy and T levels. This product is solid. Great quality and a great price. Good quality Shilajit is hard to find and can be way overpriced this is the best option for the money and works great.
Really like this product. I take it with a few others and have noticed an increase in energy and libido. I like how this product is lab tested for heavy metals etc. Seems Shilajit can be prone to having toxins.
I haven't yet measured my T levels since starting this supplement but I have to say there was an immediate effect. So much so that I had to stop taking it both AM and PM because it was pushing my bedtime well into the night! the best way I can describe it is a prolonged adrenaline shot without the adverse effects. This could be because my T levels were so low to begin with but still, wow.
I wasn't expecting much from this but it does give a subtle bit of extra energy and it definitely gives a libido boost I also think its helping with my complexion.

I first started taking it a few months ago. It was great I felt a lot of energy and felt very good all the time and my libido was very high. I think the reason why I had such s positive experience with this was also because I was going for runs while taking this.
I've been taking this for months and I have left another review previously about all the benefits I've noticed but recently I noticed after I took my nail polish off that it's been on for months that after years I was finally fungus free completely! Before that I had tried lots of different medications, otc and prescription, even lamisil. Some of them worked for a while to relieve the toe nail fungus and some of them didn't do Anything. After realizing it did this I told my mother and daughter who were also exposed to the fungus at a nail salon and there nails are healed! It does take a few months of taking it on a regular basis, about 2-3 months but it does work and I noticed the only thing is if you do not replace all your shoes and socks and everything else and if you stop taking it it will come back because you're getting re-exposed but if you take it for a few months and replace all of your shoes sneakers everything you will never have it again unless you're re-exposed! I had to share this and it's been about eight months since I've taken this with a one-month break in between but this is definitely one that I will not be without!
I don't really feel any different taking this Shilajit, so that is good and I get a good feeling knowing that the product woks in the background to provide essential minerals that are usually lacking in my diet, and can also go after any junk in my system that needs filtered out.
This stuff gives you some pretty potent energy. I originally bought it for my skin and am happy to report results for that too. But yeah, good supplement all around.
I take this daily since I discovered it. It pretty much cured my social anxiousness, my social confidence is through the roof with this. Also sexual health has improved, harder erections and healthier sex drive. This will be a lifetime supplement for me.
Excellent quality and awesome supplement. If you are deciding between powder or capsules, go with the capsules. I originally bought the powder, but it quickly becomes rock hard. Like, literally a rock which is impossible to work. After that I decided to go with the capsules and they work just as well without the clumping.

I use this supplement like a daily vitamin just one a day usually as directed.
I've taken up to 3 in a day and don't seem to feel any extra energy or anything. I was taking at least one a day for a couple weeks and didn't notice anything.
Very interesting substance. It's been an amazing pre workout, feels like I can get more oxygen when I breathe and it's easier to get excited about exercise. It did give me some mild side effects at first, mostly dry mouth and mild anxiety. Pairing it with half a dose of ashwagandha seemed to cancel the side effects. The combination ended up increasing my libido to a distracting degree so I had to cut back! I can say that this stuff increased feelings of "vitality" in every sense of the word more so than any other supplement I've tried.
So I'm on prescription medication that makes me have about three periods a year but I would still get PMS and all the things that went along with it without actually getting any relief by getting my actual period. Sorry gross I know but if any woman are reading this and they're going through that I am now after taking this getting my period every 28 days to the day. So it made me regular again it just regulated my hormones. It's been about 7 months too so it's been consistently working. It also does give me energy I noticed I think that's why I was taking it mostly and I almost forgot about the hormone thing until I was reading about the benefits again and then I realized that was the cause of it so I'm so happy and thank you guys seriously like I said before and I'll say it again I will never purchase my Nootropics or supplements from anywhere else because I know I'm getting the best quality for the best price I don't worry about what's in there everything's transparent I'm so happy I found you!
