I had a mini-bottle of this sitting around for a while, only taking it occasionally but it didn’t really click for me. Then I quick drinking coffee and needed something to keep my energy up. Started to take this daily and wow! A few hours after administering, energy is steady, and I feel mentally sharp. It has also greatly increased my verbal acuity. Better than coffee any day.

The thing I like about this product is the fact that it helps my focus but also boosts my mood. Not only does it work well daily but it helps in long term seratonin production.
Calming and turns the volume of stress down. Not energizing for me but still useful.
Interestingly, this one is more laid-back and relaxed for me. It is effective in it's own way but I get more done on the Rosavins than Salidrosides. I'll have to try the salidrosides for sleep. I just feel soooo comfy on this. I would stick to the other one for daytime focus.

I’ve tried all three of the rhodiola products from Nootropics depot. This is my least favorite. I get a much better effect from the Crenulata w/ 3% salidoroside. I will not be buying this again. With that being said; I HIGHLY recommend to try all three and see what works best for your body. I like the stimulating effect and Crenulata delivers that for me. Nootropics depot delivers on good products; and while this is a good product. It’s not the best Rhodiola (in my opinion).
This gives me a nice boost in endurance when running or working out.
Just ordered more. Another great product from ND. Definitely adds a boost. Would highly recommend
