My protocol has been twice a day 3.5g L Tyrosine with 2,000 IU Vitamin D3, caffeine 200mg, 50 mg Vitamin B6 (P5P), 5g of MCT Oil (easy fat source without food), and 100mg Vitamin K2 MK7. This has completely changed my life, at first I was thinking it would be temporary but now it's been 2 months and I've been sticking with this twice per day, and my motivation and the structure I've added to my life is something like I've never experienced before. It does not give any feeling of a high, but if you feel like your energy levels are not normal, or your ability to stay focused, interested, or genuinely strive toward a better future is gone, definitely give this a try! I'm sure I have some sort of deficiency that causes L-Tyrosine to work like this. And btw it does work differently when it's the only amino acid being digested at the time (empty stomach to ensure this or no food for 3-4 hrs beforehand). The people who say there's tons in beef or other sources, they're ill informed because that is not solely L-Tyrosine, it is in combination with other amino acids and negates the benefits that I've described above. Give it a shot, definitely worth trying. This is coming from someone who's been clinically depressed for 6 + years.
