I never write reviews but this was something that actually gave results. Anytime I felt I was gonna get a cold a couple of these over the course of 2 days and I was good. I felt it helped clear sinus and congestion. Another thing I noticed was a more clear mental state. I felt like it dampened my emotions but gave more focus and naturally, rational thought. Also make sure you take with food or it"ll wreak havoc on your stomach.

NAC caps smelled stinky. I'm assuming they are ok and carrying on but PEEEYOOO. I put an extra smell absorber from another bottle in with it and aired them out but... still stinky.

This is the single best thing for inflammation I have found.
Really good supplement with an awful sulfur smell. I find it helps reduce symptoms of seasonal allergies for about 4 hours after ingestion. It also seems to help with withdrawal symptoms when tapering off of gaba modulating substances.
My family uses daily for upper respiratory allergies. My college age daughter and I have history of frequent sinus infections 4-5/year and pneumonia. Started taking one year ago and we each have only been on antibiotics once for each of us and neither have had pneumonia. We have taken a bundle of immune boosters for years and we added this to our mix and it works great for us.
