I went from taking 1400mg per day of a curcumin extract that I thought was pretty good... to trying out Curowhite. And wow... bioavailability is everything. Even with just 250mg in a tablet, just one a day has proven to be way more effective than the previous curcumin extract I was taking (even at such a high dosage). My joint pain, as well as all of the inflammation throughout my body (I have an autoimmune condition) has substantially subsided since I began to take Curowhite. This is clearly a highly bioavailable form, so please do not let the low dosage throw you off, because this stuff is top notch. ND never disappoints!

It's high quality curcumin, in tablet form. It works fairly well :) The powder is also great since it doesn't stain like the yellow kind.

My CuroWhite cane today, and what a great day to come. I actually got it for my wife who works on her feet 10 hours a day who has extreme joint pain in her hands, arms and back. But today, I’ve had a killer back and neck ache due to sleeping the wrong way. It’s been an an annoyance for several days now. Within about 45 minutes, my aches had been lifted and my mood had actually increased dramatically. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a great supplement. I’m so glad I went ahead and got the 180 count so it will last my wife and I 3 months. For how good it works, the price can not be beaten. I would recommend this product to anyone!
