I thought this was BS. For fuck's sake! Thiamine! Even 2 thiamine molecules together, what's the big deal? Well, apparently it is a big deal. On WebMD you can read this: 'It is thought to have mild stimulant effects.' There is nothing mild about it! On day 1 already, 1 tablet and I was on fire! Perhaps it is because my body is sensitive to any substance, or perhaps it is because I was combining it with Huperzine A? In any case, the 2 together (plus all the regular vitamins and minerals), and I was like a code demon spewing forth line after line in half the time. Surprising, never thought that the humble B1, mirrored, would do this. But to be clear: no jitters, no nausea, at least for me, no negative side-effects or discomforts. So definitely sulbutiamine has become one key element of my stack.

I love this stuff. Give you a little mental extra-ness and seems to last 4 -6 hours. Good to take at lunch so that you don't get brain fog around 6pm.
