This is great the only reason it lost a star in my rating is because I think it would be better in capsule form if possible. The tablet tends to get stuck on your tongue/throat. A bit harder to swallow than most but it gets the job done.
These give me citrusy burps for a couple of hours after I take them. Who knows if they're helping, but longevity research looks promising.

I get a 'flushing' feeling when dosing which is similar to caffeine possibly caused by histamine or because parts of it cross the BBB, this is just acute dosing though not through chronic use
